The problem
The customers temporary power utilised for the construction of their new home was installed in the incorrect location by another contracting company. As a result, the customer received a Defect Notice from Ausgrid giving them 21 days to comply and rectify the issue otherwise have their Power disconnected.
The solution
We were engaged to help fix this problem. We were able to provide a cost-effective, fast solution by simply removing the existing pole and relocating to its new position. We cleared the defect notice with Ausgrid keeping the customer happy and preventing any delays in the construction of their new Home.
